ABAXIA METIERS MOBILES INTRODUCES COMPLETE MOBILE CRM SUITE DEDICATED TO FRENCH SPEAKING COMPANIES

Built on Palm OS® 5, ABAXIA METIERS MOBILES launched a complete application suite dedicated to the sales force of small and medium companies located in French speaking countries.

Munich, Germany, September 22nd, 2003 - ABAXIA METIERS MOBILES, the Vertical Mobile Application branch of the ABAXIA Group, the leader in professional mobile solutions, today unveiled a complete software suite named ABAXIA MOBILE CRM. This suite of software includes an order-taking module, a client-account module to check the due bills of each client, as well as a multimedia catalogue running on Palm OS 5.

Designed specifically for sales forces between 5 and 50 individuals, ABAXIA MOBILE CRM includes all of the parameters to establish a wireless communication, directly when installed on a Palm Powered™ smartphone, or via a modem when installed on a Palm Powered handheld device. In addition, this software suite is designed to integrate simply and securely to a large variety of server environments including ODBC and AS400.

Palm OS combined with ABAXIA MOBILE CRM enable salespeople to have permanent access to:

  • To know the present state of stocks, product by product;
  • To facilitate order taking, based on each client's habits;
  • To show each order's details, including taxes and overall amount.
