Tesser features advanced customer support and marketing features in a scalable web-application and -services environment, allowing all Palm OS developers to leverage Zero-Sixty's enterprise-class expertise.

Tesser has been designed from the ground up for Palm OS developers. Features of Tesser include:

• Account creation for customers, including verified email, device type and personal download page. Customers may receive discounted upgrades or specials through their individual page, logged for security.
• Customers may choose to securely store credit cards and have subscriptions billed monthly.
• Comprehensive product management, including product lines and collections (suites). Product lines may have upgrade discounts and collections register multiple products, while allowing simple downloads.
• Import customer data from major vendors such as PalmGear, Handango and eSellerate. Accounts are automatically created for these customers and upgrades go through your site!
• Optional modules provide multiple e-commerce and delivery options, including credit cards, subscriptions and VAT (sales tax) management.
• Report module includes detailed sales and vendor reporting, customer search and data mining.
• Receive vendor sales data transparently via web services. Straightforward API allows for easy integration with existing websites and databases.
