PalmSource Honors Leading Palm OS Developers with Powered Up Awards
Four Developers Recognized at Third Annual US PalmSource Developer Conference
SAN JOSE, Calif. PalmSource® Developer Conference, February 10, 2004 — PalmSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSRC) provider of Palm OS®, a leading operating system powering next generation mobile devices and smartphones, today honored four Palm OS developers with Powered Up Awards at its third annual US Developer Conference held in San Jose, California. The awards recognize Palm OS developers who have created innovative software applications that represent the best of breed in the Palm Powered™ Economy and take advantage of the advance features of Palm Powered smart mobile devices.
Selected from over 1,200 nominations, Powered Up Award winners were nominated by their peers, fans, PalmSource employees and licensee partners based upon the following criteria:
