CTIA WIRELESS, ATLANTA, (March 22, 2004) — Handmark, the leading developer and publisher of software for smart mobile devices, announced today that it has joined the Palm Powered™ Mobile World program as an infrastructure charter partner. Palm Powered Mobile World connects mobile operators, infrastructure and middleware partners and application developers to bring Palm OS® software solutions to market and provide a superior user experience for Palm Powered smartphones.

Announced separately today, Handmark launched Express™, a new wireless information service designed to make Palm Powered smartphones smarter. Express is both a software application designed for Palm Powered wireless handhelds and smartphones and a robust server-side infrastructure solution.
